The laser sensor LMC-J-0060-X-X has been especially developed for industrial applications. Therefore it is integrated in a robust housing. Basis of the measuring concept builds the combination of phase-shift measurement and electro-optical based TOF. So a measuring rate on diffusely reflecting surfaces up to 100 Hz realizable within millimeter accuracy an up to 0.2 mm repeatable. This small laser divergence enables exact measurements with an absolute accuracy of 1 mm over distances up to 500 m.

The parametrizing of the sensors, such as the defining of the measuring rate, the average determination, the  measuring field, the  auto-start function, the baud rate and so on, occurs via interfaces. At standard, the user already can use 3 serial interfaces (RS 232/422 and 485) and one Analog output 4 … 20 mA and 3 switching outputs.

For safe and easy installation and adjustment the sensor is equipped with a spring cushioned three point bracket in standard. Moreover there is a solution with three point bracket for vertical installation.
