LMC-Lm-0XXX-XXX/LMC-LBm-0XXX-XXX series directly replaces traditional, high maintenance, problematic contact wheel and rollers type devices by accurate cutting-edge laser doppler technology. The measurement occurs directly on the material during ongoing production and therefore allows continuous processes. Installation is very easy, integrating in existing assets is working flawless. The laser-doppler technology offers many advantages in production. It provides data for measuring of cutting of length, measuring single items as well as for checking part length`s. Laser doppler are used for measurements on fiber cloth or fleece, paper, plastics, plastic film, tapes, building materials, insulating materials, panels or metal sheets, floor covers, carpets and so on. The higher accuracy rate of measuring speed and length reduces waste, increases machine tool life and avoids over length resp. under length.
