Laser Distance Sensor LMC-J-0050-X

The LMC-J-0050-X is a laser distance sensor designed for industrial applications. The device uses a contact less measurement technique based on comparative phase measurement with amplitude modulation. The laser diode has a divergence of 0.6 mrad for measurements at pinpoint accuracy.
The sensor is built in a IP 66 housing which is made for heavy industry area. It includes a special dust protection chamber, which keeps the sensor window much longer clean. The modular construction system of the sensor offers options such as cooling housing, heat shield, exchange windows, 90 ° beam deflection, air purged dust tubes and others.
Parametrization is managed with appropriate interfaces. Standard configuration is defined as a sensor with RS 232 or 422 as well as an analog output 4 … 20 mA. Optional the sensor can be delivered with ProfiBus DP Slave, SSI, Ethernet TCP/IP or W-LAN.
For safe and easy installation and adjustment the sensor is equipped with a spring cushioned three point bracket as standard solution. Moreover there is a solution with three point bracket for vertical installation.
