Technical data of the LMC-J-0040-X:

Measuring data:

  • Measuring range is defined between 0.2 up to 35 m on white an nearly every natural surfaces. Measuring values are dependent on reflectivity, the influence of stray light and of atmospheric conditions. The maximum measuring range is 150 m on white surfaces.
  • The absolute measuring accuracy can be defined, at a statistic spreading of 95 %, at
    • ± 2 mm (temperature range from 10 °C up to 30 °C)
    • ± 3 mm (temperature range from -10 °C up to 60 °C)
  • Repeat accuracy is  ≤ ± 0,5 mm in the overall measuring range
  • Resolution is free selectable according to the scaling factor. Standard is 1 mm at SF = 1 and 0.001 mm at SF = 1,000
  • Measuring rate is 50 Hz or 10 Hz fixed, in other respects 0.16 up to 6 s (typical 5 Hz)

  • Connection is realized with 12 pin circular plug (Binding 723)
  • Profibus-IN /-OUT (M12, B-encoded)
  • ProfiBus interface: RS 485, DP-V0 Slave referred to IEC 61158 / IEC 61784, automatic baud rate recognition, external load resistor
  • SSI interface: transfer rate 50 kHz - 1 MHz
  • Signal input/ output dfference signal (RS 422), 24 bit, gray encoded
  • Switching outputs : 2 outputs, programable switching waves and hysteresis
  • Trigger in: 1 input, start single measurement
